Click the unsubscribe link at the footer of the newsletter.
Once you’ve unsubscribed, go to the Newsletter Sign-up Page and enter your new address. The next issue will come to the new address.
Simply open up your confirmation email (the first one you received after booking your session) and click on the blue button titled "View, Change or Cancel Appointment." As long as you're making a change more than 48 hours before your appointment, you'll be able to reschedule or cancel on your own. After that, you will be charged the full rate for your scheduled reading appointment. See below for more info.
All schedule changes must be made 48 hours in advance or you will be charged the full rate for your scheduled reading appointment. Additionally, if you fail to show up for your session, you’ll be considered a “No Show” and will be charged for 100% of the cost of your service as well. Please refer to the Cancellation & No Show Policy for full details.
