- This muscle beats at least 2.5 billion times in an average human lifetime, supplying blood to your vital organs. Much like a metronome, it keeps the beat through your ups and downs.
- This totem serves as a reminder to clear blockages in your life—whether they’re emotional, in your relationships, internal (e.g., self-love/self-respect) or coming from external forces.
- Synchronicities want to present themselves. Make sure you’re listening to your heart as you step into new situations.
- If something is discordant or out of synch in a relationship, now’s the time to address it.
- Don’t force things. Move onto something else if you reach a full stop. There are too many energetic openings, so there’s no time to waste if you’re not feeling reciprocity.
- Ancient Egyptians believed the heart was the seat of knowledge and the house of the soul.
- Like the Akashic records, Egyptians believed the heart recorded all deeds good (and bad).
- After a person died, the heart was weighed against the feather of Maat, Goddess of Truth and Justice. The scales were watched by Anubis and recorded by Thoth.
- If the heart was as light as the feather, the soul proceeded to the afterlife, ruled by Osiris. A heavy heart, however, was devoured by Ammit and ceased to exist.
- There’s no time for a heavy heart! Focus on releasing or healing the things that weigh it down.

- I saw a car speeding toward a dead end. Then, I was shown a road with wet cement and paint. Slow down and make a course correction now. If something is only half-baked, step away from that, too.
- I was shown an aqueduct, a dam or plumbing that was clogged. When I looked at the surface, I saw oil and water separating.
- Some personalities will not mix. Like oil and water, it’s best to keep them separated.
- There may be resistance from leaders when you try to fix a problem. You may need to do this alone, or find support from outside your immediate group.
