Note: Prior to the 48-hour cut-off, you can reschedule using the button on your confirmation email titled “View, Change or Cancel Appointment.”
If you experience a technical issue: you can contact me using the Technical Inquiry form, or simply reply to your confirmation email. Do not call me. The Technical Inquiry form is the fastest and most effective way to receive support.
A note on time zones: International clients (outside of US and Canada), please note that my scheduling system allows you to schedule in your time zone. Regardless of your city or country, it is your responsibility to pay attention to a.m. and p.m. For those accustomed to 24-hour clocks, 12am is midnight (aka 24:00 or 0:00) and 12pm is noon (12:00).
Confirmation emails: You will receive several emails confirming the appointment time, date and your telephone number, among other details. It’s your responsibility to read these and verify their accuracy. Failure to do so constitutes an error on your part, and is not an excuse to miss a reading.
Opt out of reminder emails at your own risk: If you decide to opt-out of courtesy reminder emails and you subsequently forget to show up, this constitutes a No-Show and there will not be a refund.
Wrong email address: If you don’t receive a confirmation email message after booking your appointment, check your spam folder. If you still don’t receive one, contact me using the Technical Inquiry form and I can resend it. Failure to do so constitutes an error on your part, and is not an excuse to miss a reading.
Technical Errors with Skype or FaceTime: If you provide the wrong information for either Skype or FaceTime, or if either side is having technical difficulties, we will revert to a telephone reading instead. International clients will call me if this is the case.
Wrong numbers: You will have multiple opportunities (through confirmation and reminder emails) to verify and correct your telephone number and contact details. If you provide the wrong number, I will attempt to reach you via email. If you don’t respond to that within 15 minutes, then that constitutes a “No-Show.”
All fees and payments are final: After a session, any payments made for appointments are non-refundable.
Gift Cards: All Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise.
Right to refuse service or terminate a session: I reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a session at any time if a client is uncooperative, at risk of harming himself or herself or others, and/or if the client becomes abusive towards me.
Finally… Your own free will can (and will) change your personal destiny. This is why I offer readings, after all. I’m here to provide a GPS and a chance for you to change the course of your life. The rest is up to you!
