Use your skills of empathy, diplomacy and negotiation to de-escalate any heated debates or conflicts. Do your best to elevate all conversations. Be constructive with any critical comments.
Speak your mind, but never send a “first draft” of a text or email. Take time to get it all on paper, then revise it so that it’s rational, concise and balanced.
Ask for help if you need it. Lend support if you can.
You may feel inspired to “pay it forward” with an act of service (seva). Selflessly offering a resource like time, expertise, energy or money helps the collective, while also opening up the universal flow of abundance.
Changes are inevitable. Approach new opportunities with enthusiasm. In particular, research the options and don’t be afraid to try something new. You may love it.
