- It’s comprised of nearly 25K species and grows on every continent, including Antarctica.
- It prevents erosion, reduces the carbon in the atmosphere, and is a food source for many birds and animals.
- Moss is a very grounded totem, especially since it thrives on rocks, tree trunks and soil. However, it doesn’t have a traditional root system. Small rhizoids help it attach to surfaces, but they’re quite shallow.
- Truly ground yourself and make time for self care. Without mental and physical wellbeing, you’re more likely to overreact or make an error.
- Make time to do your homework and research, as this will give you the confidence you need to navigate uncertainty. You can’t predict every twist and turn, but if you’ve done your homework, and trust your intuition, you’ll be able to thrive.
